Connecting Hearts is a family-run collective of care services. Connecting Hearts Group consists of  Family Care Homes, Transportation, CLIA waived lab, and Home Care & Companion Services. Our homes are perfectly located in quiet residential areas, all within reach of local amenities.

 

We provide secure, comfortable, and elegant homes where we encourage independence, preserve dignity, and encourage spiritual and familial involvement. We work with experts to ensure that all our activities are gentle on mind and body, such as art projects, volunteer visitation, and outdoor activities.
